We will gladly exchange item if damaged.
 
For damaged merchandise report to us within 7 days of receipt. (We will estimate the time by the tracking number from major delivery companies.)  
 
No returns will not be accepted if we are not contacted within 7 days.  
 
Customers are responsible for the shipping expense to exchange merchandise to Accessorize It.
